• WHY WERE THE FIRST 5 CONDITIONS IMMEDIATELY SOLVED BUT TO THE POOR NO MONEY WAS GIVEN?

• POVERTY IS A MENTAL CONDITION NOT A LACK OF MONEY.

• THE GOVERNMENT OF MY MIND IS IN MY SOLE CONTROL.

• HOW CAN I KNOW WHAT MY INNERMOST THOUGHTS ARE?  OUR THOUGHTS ARE REVEALED BY OUR MOUTHS; OUR MOUTH IS THE RUDDER THAT STEERS OUR BODY, OR OUR ACTIONS.

• SINCE THIS IS TRUE HOW DO WE CHANGE OUR THOUGHTS SO WE CAN START ENJOYING MORE OF WHAT CHRIST AT THE CROSS PROVIDED FOR ALL THAT DARE TO BELIEVE?

15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

• WE MUST EMBRACE THE WORLD IN US BEFORE WE CAN CONQUER THE WORLD AROUND US.

The world in us as Born Again believers is a world of faith.  The world around us is a world controlled by fear.  Every decision in life presents us the opportunity to choose faith or fear.

• Anger can be rooted in a person’s fear that he won’t get his way w/o intimidation.

• Procrastination is rooted in the fear of not doing something well

• Shyness is based in a fear of people.

• The need to try to control people is rooted in fear and insecurity

• Hoarding comes from a fear of lack.

• Doubt originates in a person’s fear that God’s word is not going to work for him.

 

• WHICH WILL YOU CHOSE, FAITH OR FEAR?

Many people believe in God but they don’t believe what He says, i.e. Israel spying the land of Canaan.

It doesn’t matter as much who I am.  What matters most is who is with me.

Believers with a natural fear rather than a supernatural perspective have their fears switched.  Instead of walking in the fear of God, they walk in the fear of the devil, in fear of death, in fear of sickness, in fear of poverty. 

Proverbs 19:23 (KJV) 
23 The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

Hebrews 11:1-3 (KJV) 
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) 
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Luke 18:1-8 (KJV) 
1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

Always remember the focus of the NT is not on MY love for God as much as it is on ME coming to know and receive the love HE has for me.

 

• WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

Romans 12:1-3 (MSG) 
12:1 So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. (1)Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.
2 Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, (2)fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. (3)Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
3 I’m speaking to you out of deep gratitude for all that God has given me, and especially as I have responsibilities in relation to you. Living then, as every one of you does, in pure grace, it’s important that you not misinterpret yourselves as people who are bringing this goodness to God. No, God brings it all to you. (5)The only accurate way to understand ourselves is by what God is and by what he does for us, not by what we are and what we do for him.

PRAY DAILY IN THE HOLY GHOST

Why do you think God bypassed our lightning –quick mind and our damaged emotional makeup to baptize our power plant, our new nature, with His Spirit?

He knew He had to get past all our problems and start building us above them from the inside out.  If I won’t stop praying, I’ll ultimately experience victory.

20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,

• PROSPERITY AND POVERTY ARE BOTH A PROCESS, NOT AN EVENT. 

Proverbs 10:4 (KJV) 
4 He becomes poor that deals with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent makes rich.

We don’t become poor or rich in one moment.  Some of the poorest people are the ones who just won the lottery.  Their only change is they have temporary power to demonstrate their poverty to a bigger audience.  A person may lose their earthly fortune but can still be rich, because wealth is defined and accumulated by how one thinks, not by what one owns.

Slack: from <H7411> (ramah); remissness, treachery :- deceit (-ful, -fully), false, guile, idle, slack, slothful.—9 of the 15 total uses use the root word‘deceit.’

 

OUR CASHFLOW WILL INCREASE BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME, BECAUSE GOD LOVES US AND DOESN’T WANT US TO DESTROY OURSELVES. GOD’S ORDER IS FOR CHARACTER TO PRECEDE PROMOTION.

 

Proverbs 23:4-7 (MSG) 
4 Don’t wear yourself out trying to get rich; restrain yourself!
5 Riches disappear in the blink of an eye; wealth sprouts wings and flies off into the wild blue yonder.
6 Don’t accept a meal from a tightwad; don’t expect anything special.
7 He’ll be as stingy with you as he is with himself; he’ll say, “Eat! Drink!” but won’t mean a word of it.

• THIS IS LIVING IN FEAR OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH WHICH IS WORSE THAN NOT HAVING ENOUGH B/C YOU HAVE PROVISION BUT CAN’T ENJOY IT.

 

PERSISTENCE

Hebrews 10:36-39 (KJV) 
36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. (SOUL here is the same as in 3 John 2)

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Poverty is a mental condition.

We must first embrace the world in us before we can conquer the world around us.

Faith or fear, everyday what choice are you making?

It doesn’t matter who I am it matters who is with me.  Or said another way: (5)The only accurate way to understand ourselves is by what God is and by what he does for us, not by what we are and what we do for him.

Renew your mind daily to God’s promises

Prosperity and poverty are both a process and not an event.  They both take time to manifest

Character is a forecaster and precursor to promotion

 

*Turning Nothing Into Something*

Blind eyes, lame legs, deaf ears are all just another opportunity for God to be glorified.

We should never be overwhelmed by circumstances. 

There are 3 kinds of people in the world: the Wills, the Won’ts and the Can’ts. 

The Will’s accomplish everything, Won’ts oppose everything and the Can’ts fail in everything! 

The Wills turn into winners and the Won’ts and Can’ts into losers.  Here is what each says.

 

1. Winners say, ‘Let’s find out.’  Losers say ‘Nobody knows.’ 

2. When a winner makes a mistake, he says, “I was wrong.”  When a loser makes a mistake, he says, ‘It wasn’t my fault.’ 

3. A winner goes through a problem; a loser goes around it and never gets past it. 

4. A winner makes a commitment; a loser makes promises. 

5. A winner says, ‘I’am good, but not as good as I ought to be.’  A loser says, ‘I’m not as bad as a lot of other people are.’ 

6. A winner tries to learn from those who are superior to him. A loser tries to tear down those who are superior to him. 

7. A winner says, ‘There ought to be a better way to do it.’  A loser says, ‘That’s the way it’s always been done here.’ 

 

• The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places. 

• Success is like a duck-smooth and unruffled on top, but paddling furiously underneath.

• You may be asking, ‘What can I do?’  Many times God’s answer to you will be a question, ‘What do you have?’  You may think your hands are empty, but they are not!  Your hands can always pray, praise, sow and serve.

• Real Bible faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible, and receives the impossible. 

• When you sow or pray expect a harvest every time.  Don’t just tell others about the labor pains you are going through, show them the baby.

The devil doesn’t like his inheritance in the lake of fire.  So, he is trying to steal our inheritance as we are the seed of Abraham, because the whole world belongs to us.

• We can enjoy heaven on earth and then leave a will for our children and their children because Jesus has already paid the bill! Read and believe the Bible like a will and enjoy liberation from those tormenting thoughts

• Never entertain a thought of poverty, sickness or lack again.  Faith gives us access to the favor and grace of God. More importantly it gives God access to our lives.
